Limit reductions are instant: Any request to reduce a limit (e.g., lower your daily deposit cap from ৳5,000 to ৳2,000) takes effect immediately. 04Deposit & Spending Limits

Setting deposit and spending limits is one of the most effective ways to keep your gambling activity within a budget you are comfortable with. mybdx supports the following limit types, all configurable in Bangladeshi Taka (৳):

05Self-Exclusion

Self-exclusion is the strongest responsible gaming tool available on mybdx. Self-exclusion takes effect within 1 hour of your request being received and confirmed. Our support team is available 24/7, including all Bangladeshi public holidays.

What happens during self-exclusion:

  • Your mybdx account is immediately locked and you will not be able to log in.
  • Any active bonus balances are forfeited (as per our Terms & Conditions).
  • Any real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to your registered bKash, Nagad, or bank account within 3–5 business days after identity verification.
  • All marketing communications are suppressed for the duration of the exclusion.
  • You cannot create a new mybdx account using the same identity during an active self-exclusion period. Any new account found to belong to a self-excluded player will be closed immediately.

Returning after self-exclusion: When a time-limited self-exclusion period ends (6 months, 1 year, or 3 years), your account will not be automatically reactivated. Reducing a deposit limit takes effect immediately with no waiting period. This is by design — we want reductions to be as frictionless as possible. Increasing a limit, on the other hand, requires a mandatory 24-hour cooling period before the higher limit is applied. This gives you time to reconsider before expanding your spending capacity.

A cool-off period is a short-term break of 24 hours to 30 days. During a cool-off, your account is suspended but remains intact, and you can choose to reactivate it once the period ends. Self-exclusion is a more serious, longer-term measure (6 months to permanent) designed for players who believe their gambling may be out of control. Self-exclusion suppresses all marketing and cannot be reversed until the exclusion period has fully expired — and even then, reactivation requires a conscious manual request.
