These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the mybdx platform — Bangladesh's premier online casino and sports betting service. Please read this document carefully before registering an account or placing any wagers. By using mybdx, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
18+ Age Requirement
mybdx is strictly an adults-only platform. All players must be 18 years of age or older to register and play. We reserve the right to request age verification documents at any time.
BDT Transactions Only
All deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and account balances on mybdx are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No foreign currency conversion is applied to your transactions.
Bonus Wagering Requirements
All bonuses issued by mybdx are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Specific requirements for each offer are displayed in full in the Promotions section of your account.
One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold one mybdx account only. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any funds held may be forfeited. Account sharing or transfer is strictly prohibited.

Responsible Gaming Tools

01Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any part of the mybdx platform available at mybdx.app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and mybdx (the "Platform" or "Operator").
If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the mybdx platform and close any account you may have registered. Continued use of mybdx following any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised document.
mybdx reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior individual notice. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility as a player to review this document periodically. We recommend bookmarking this page and reviewing it each time you log in to your mybdx account.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all products and services offered through the mybdx platform, including but not limited to: casino games (slots, live casino, table games, crash games), sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi), promotional offers, loyalty and VIP programmes, and all customer support interactions. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise.
02Eligibility & Age Restriction
Use of the mybdx platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on every subsequent occasion they access the platform:
- You are 18 years of age or older. mybdx is strictly an adults-only platform. Gambling by persons under the age of 18 is not permitted under any circumstances.
- You are accessing mybdx as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or employee of any third party.
- You are not prohibited from gambling or accessing online gaming platforms by any applicable law, regulation, or court order in your jurisdiction.
- You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor, or close family member of an employee of mybdx or any of its affiliated entities.
- You have not previously had a mybdx account suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
- You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on the mybdx platform.
mybdx takes age verification seriously. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents — including a national ID card, passport, or birth certificate — from any account holder at any time. Where age verification cannot be completed to our satisfaction, mybdx reserves the right to restrict or suspend the account in question until verification is resolved.
If it is discovered that a player under the age of 18 has accessed or used the mybdx platform, the account will be immediately and permanently closed. Any deposits made by an underage player will be refunded to the original payment source; any winnings generated while the account was active will be forfeited in full.
03Account Registration
To access the full range of mybdx products and services — including depositing funds, placing bets, playing casino games, and claiming bonuses — you must first register a mybdx account. Registration is free of charge.
During the registration process you will be required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid contact email address. You must ensure that all information provided at registration — and kept on file with mybdx at all times — is truthful and up to date. Providing false, misleading, or deliberately incomplete information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held.
Each individual is permitted to hold one mybdx account only. If mybdx detects that an individual holds more than one account — whether under the same or different identity details — all accounts associated with that individual may be suspended. Bonuses and winnings accrued across duplicate accounts may be forfeited at mybdx's sole discretion.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mybdx account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. mybdx will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact mybdx support at [email protected] immediately.
- Accounts may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any other person.
- mybdx does not accept registrations from persons located in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited.
- mybdx reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason.
- All account communications from mybdx will be sent to the email address registered on your account. It is your responsibility to ensure this address remains valid and that mybdx emails are not filtered as spam.
04Deposits & Withdrawals
mybdx supports a range of Bangladeshi payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank. All transactions are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No foreign currency accounts or international wire transfers are accepted.
Deposits: Funds deposited via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket typically credit to your mybdx account within seconds of the transaction being confirmed on the payment network. Bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, or City Bank may take up to 30 minutes during business hours. mybdx does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own service charges — please consult your payment provider's terms.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by the mybdx payments team within the timeframes listed below. All withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. mybdx reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or withdrawals above certain thresholds.
- bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: Average processing time 15–30 minutes. Maximum processing time 2 hours.
- Dutch-Bangla Bank / BRAC Bank / City Bank: Average processing time 2–4 hours during business hours. May extend to 1 business day for requests submitted outside normal banking hours.
mybdx reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits on accounts at its discretion. Current limits are displayed within your account dashboard. Any attempt to circumvent these limits through multiple transactions or the use of third-party accounts will be treated as a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
mybdx operates a strict same-source withdrawal policy. Funds must be withdrawn to the same payment method from which they were deposited. This policy is in place to prevent fraud and money laundering. mybdx is not liable for delays in withdrawal processing caused by the payment provider's own systems or network issues.
05Bonuses & Promotions
mybdx offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the terms and conditions specific to each offer, which are displayed in the Promotions section of your mybdx account. The following general rules apply to all mybdx bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.
- Welcome Bonus: New players who register a mybdx account and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for a 100% match bonus of up to ৳20,000. The bonus is credited automatically — no promotional code is required.
- Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier for each bonus is stated clearly in the individual promotion terms. Wagering must be completed within the bonus expiry window.
- Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate than slots. Contribution percentages for each game category are listed in the bonus terms.
- Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While a bonus is active on your account, a maximum single bet limit applies. Placing bets above this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
- Bonus Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and any associated free spins that remain unused after expiry will be removed from your account automatically without compensation.
- Abuse and Fraud: mybdx reserves the right to cancel any bonus and withhold associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or any attempt to exploit the promotional system. This includes the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
mybdx reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect from the date of publication on this page or in the Promotions section of the platform.
06Game Rules & Fair Play
All casino games available on mybdx are provided by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Hacksaw Gaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to its own documented rules, paytable, and return-to-player (RTP) percentage, which are accessible within the game interface before you begin playing.
mybdx does not control the outcome of any casino game. All outcomes in RNG (Random Number Generator) games are determined by independently certified random number generation systems operated by the game providers. Live casino game outcomes are determined by real physical events — card draws, roulette wheel spins — conducted by trained dealers in professional studios.
Sports Betting: All sports bets placed on mybdx are subject to the applicable sports betting rules displayed within the sportsbook interface. mybdx reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently found to have been affected by match-fixing, corruption, or any other integrity violation. Bets placed on suspended or cancelled markets will be refunded at stake.
Technical Failures: In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or game malfunction during a casino session or live bet, mybdx will attempt to restore the game to its pre-failure state where technically possible. If restoration is not possible and the outcome cannot be verified, the round will be declared void and the player's stake for that round will be returned. mybdx is not liable for losses caused by technical failures outside its direct control, including failures in the player's own internet connection or device.
- mybdx reserves the right to correct any error in odds, payouts, or bet settlement that results from a system error or human mistake, including after the fact.
- Attempting to exploit software bugs, game glitches, or loopholes in the platform is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
- Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other tool designed to gain an unfair advantage is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate account closure.
07User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
As a registered mybdx player, you agree to use the platform solely for its intended purpose — personal entertainment — and in compliance with all applicable laws. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mybdx platform:
- Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
- Providing false, fabricated, or misleading personal information at registration or during any identity verification process.
- Using the mybdx platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime purpose.
- Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or from payment instruments that you are not the authorised holder of.
- Attempting to collude with other players to gain an unfair advantage in live casino games, poker-style games, or sports betting markets.
- Using VPN, proxy, or anonymisation tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or account-level restrictions imposed by mybdx.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing mybdx support staff or other platform users through any communication channel.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or otherwise gain unauthorised access to the mybdx platform's underlying software, APIs, or data.
- Publishing or distributing misleading or defamatory content about mybdx or its employees in any public forum.
mybdx actively monitors accounts for suspicious behaviour patterns. Where prohibited conduct is detected or suspected, mybdx reserves the right to immediately suspend the account, freeze any funds held, and conduct an investigation. During an investigation, the affected player will be notified by email and given a reasonable opportunity to respond. If the investigation confirms a breach, the account may be permanently closed and funds may be forfeited.
08Account Suspension & Closure
mybdx reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
- Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, collusion, money laundering, or other financial crime.
- Duplicate account detection.
- A registered player being identified as under 18 years of age.
- The player's own request, including via the responsible gaming self-exclusion mechanism.
- Any legal or regulatory requirement that makes it unlawful for mybdx to maintain the account.
Voluntary Closure: You may request the closure of your mybdx account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon account closure at your own request, any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to your registered payment method after any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses are assessed. Active bonus balances will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.
Responsible Gaming Self-Exclusion: If you choose to close your account via the self-exclusion mechanism, the closure is binding for the selected exclusion period — a minimum of 6 months. During a self-exclusion period, mybdx will make all reasonable efforts to prevent you from accessing the platform, including blocking re-registration attempts. Self-exclusion periods cannot be shortened once activated.
